Top service. Five windows replaced in total, all spot on and took away all the old windows. Great fitting team too.

Our front door had dropped and Dave kindly came and fixed it the next working day. Very communicative and excellent service - highly recommend!

Arrived on time, very friendly guys, price as quoted and top work! Would highly recommend!

I just want to say a massive thank you to HTWR. From Dave coming out to assess and quote through to the finished work. What a lovely team! Jack and Josh were punctual but still apologised for being a few minutes late due to traffic......can't control the traffic. They were both very polite, well mannered and experienced. A lot of windows needed replacing and other repairs were done. The work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The external doors were catching when opening/closing. Not anymore! Even though not in the price, they were rectified. It was a pleasure to have them carry out the work. Thank you again for a job well done.

Hill top have put me new double glazed units in my bay window today they have done a great job they were at my house at the time they said they did everything and cleaned up and cleaned the windows I would highly recommend I will be using them again totally stress free

Excellent communication and customer care from the beginning till the end. We would definitely highly recommend Htwr ltd. to everyone!

I had a velux window unit replaced today. The lads who came were both lovely and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and talked me through the new window. Good communication before and after the work. Very professional and reliable! Would recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Dave from Hilltop Windows for any UPVC window work. From the first contact I had on the phone with him to having my garage window replaced, it was an efficient service. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable in this trade and I feel that you can put your full faith in them in getting the job done well. I was impressed with the quality of work and the attentiveness of the work done.

Had the gents from HTWR supply and fit my full house windows (8 in total) across 2 days, lovely and polite and the price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend for anything windows, doors or glass 😊

Fantastic lads Excellent job would highly recommend Quality work done

I can’t recommend Dave and his team enough, they are honest, trustworthy, they take great care and do an excellent job on top of all that, they provide outstanding value. If you’re looking for high quality windows and doors with great service contact Hilltop windows and doors first!

Did a fabulous job of replacing my old windows at a really reasonable price. Happy customer

David Larmer and his team recently retrofitted trickle vents throughout our property. They were punctual, efficient and friendly, taking unexpected challenges in their stride (half of our windows turned out to have steel-reinforced frames). Upon completion of the works, they left the house and surroundings clean and tidy. Before departure, David explained to us how to optimise use of the vents, and we are delighted with the resulting improvement in interior air quality.

We had all our windows and doors replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first enquiry to the final installation, communication was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and we always knew what the next steps were. The installation team were organised, professional, and worked efficiently. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the overall result. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended, came out straight away to look at the front door on our property in Queensbury, needed a lot of adjustment to prevent water ingress and keep the wind out, did a great job, great service from friendly knowledgeable people 👍🏻

Excellent work

Excellent price and service. Keeping me informed at every stage of the process and when a tiny part of the order was missed by the manufacturer it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. How you fix errors speaks very highly of a company and these guys did an amazing job. Polite team who are a pleasure to have in your home. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from the MD Dave, on time and sent the best two lads (sons), really polite and talk me through everything they did. I mentioned I might want a new front door, so they took the measurements for future, saves a second visit - all I would have to do is tell them which I wanted. I will be getting them back next year to quote me for a full house window replacement. Anyone considering replacement windows or for a new project (extension)then I would highly recommend HYWR LTD… They matched the 23Yr old windows we had so it kept in keeping…. Fantastic. 5+ Star ⭐️ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Excellent service on my conservatory upgrade

Brilliant experience with them, very reasonable and accessible team and were able to provide the accurate solution for the issue with our door.

Highly recommended and wouldn't go anywhere else, brilliant communication, friendly, knowledgeable and quality work for a reasonable price

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. The lads arrived on time , were very professional & worked fast & very thorough. Completely cleaned any mess although there wasn’t much mess at all. Very reasonable cost wise. My neighbour recommended them to us. I would definitely recommend HTWR LTD.

Would recommend to anyone and everyone. We had a full refit of 9 windows, composite door and french doors. Dave and team were very reliable, did the job to a high spec and fully cleaned up afterwards. Went the extra mile and let the neighbours know they were going to be working and apologised in advance for any inconvenience. Brought their own hoover and cleaned the floors afterwards - really lovely family - run business and did the work at an extremely reasonable price. Can't thank them enough

From initial contact to after installation the process and communication has been simple no pressure and easy. They delivered quality windows at great prices with minimal disruption on install day. I would highly recommend if you have window needs to contact Dave and his team.

Dave has fitted 3 doors and two windows for me including a hexagon shaped one. There was a problem with the glass in this one which he sorted out straight away. Recommend him.

Dave communicated well throughout the process and we’re very pleased with our new windows and door. His team were all friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Fair prices, great quality.

Great customer service, great price

Had two double-glazed units replaced, including a long-time cracked patio door. Dave was fantastic—prompt in responding to messages, friendly, approachable, and happy to answer all our questions about glass types and options. The quote was reasonable (including VAT), with a discount for multiple windows. Once measurements were taken, they confirmed the price with the manufacturer, which remained valid for a month—no pressure at all to proceed. After ordering, the lead time was just a couple of weeks. The team arrived on time, carried out the work professionally, and were friendly and respectful of our home. They removed the old windows efficiently, and payment was straightforward via an online business account. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish—would absolutely use them again!

I can not Fault Hilltop Windows at all they were brillant Guy's. Took all the old Patio door's away & Cleaned up all the Mess, really friendly Guy's. I would highly recommend Hilltop Window's & we will deffo use them again

Dave was easy to communicate with. He came back quickly with a quote for a new front door. On the day he installed the door he showed up a bit before 8 am and the door was installed in less than 2 hours. I appreciate it that he was at my house at the time he said, even a bit earlier which shows that he is punctual. He cleared up after the job was done which was nice. I definitely recommend him.

Overall great service!

Had a window fit by dave and josh excellent service . Massive thanks and highly recommend.

Excellent work from David and his team. Had a few windows fixed last year and a new composite door frame and window fitted this week. Great workmanship and at a decent price. Will 100% be using them again.

Great service from start to finish, came and gave me an estimate ( in writing ) the day after I contacted them. Advised on colours of frames, inside and out and also about types of glass, leaded or plain. Took a small deposit when I decided to let them do the job and charged what ( in my opinion ) was a very reasonable and competitive price for what they were going to do. Arrived when they said they would, and were quick, efficient and very professional, took my blinds down and then replaced them when they had put the new windows in, cleaned everywhere they had worked and took the old windows away when they were done. They left everything in perfect order, can’t thank them enough. Fantastic job, no messing about, just a few hours of hard work 😊👍 Thanks guys … love my new windows 🥰

Quick, efficient and cost effective solution to your steamed up sealed window units. Thanks to Dave and his team, professional as always.

David, Lewis and Josh have been amazing. From the 1st quote to advice on what I should look to do going forward with maintaining my new fittings, their customer service is second to none! Couldn't have asked to have met more upstanding lads. Thanks Gents!

Had some hinges on one of my bay windows replaced. Dave was very punctual, the work was carried out with no fuss whatsoever - now there's no draught into my living room. I would highly recommend Dave and the team for any work on your existing windows, or indeed replacing your windows.
